UNITED STATES INSTITUTE OF PEACE - STRATEGIC PLAN
USIP approached Maga Design to support the development of their 3-year Strategic Plan. The engagement included development of all aspects of the strategy, beginning with workshops to develop the visual metaphor for their peace-making process. As Creative Director for this project, I lead many engagements with the USIP executive team and President to establish the document flow, communication and visual tone. This included both leading a team of designers executing the document as well as developing and designing elements of the document. The Strategic Plan is currently in production and being used by USIP for international peace-making engagements in addition to communicating their strategy to US policy makers.
