CISCO PRODUCT OPS RE -BRAND
Cisco’s internal Product Ops team approached Maga Design to help establish their new team identity and define their distinctive role within the company. The key objectives of this exercise were to synthesize the attributes that embodied the newly formed team and create a visual brand that represented the uniqueness of the sub-teams and parent Product Ops Central. Working with a Maga designer and design strategist, I facilitated a two-day brand workshop onsite at Cisco to build collaboration among the new groups and explore each teams’ unique qualities. The workshop guided them through exercises to help them express visually and verbally how they envisioned their team within Cisco. The output of the workshop was the stimulus for the Maga team to begin developing refined concepts, moving toward the finished brand identity.
